heavenly chocolate smoothie

a healthy and delicious way to start your day
Ingredients
- ⅓ - ½ frozen banana
- 6oz pure almond milk (read ingredients to ensure no gums, sweetners, etc)*
- 2-3 ice cubes
- 1 tbsp lacuma powder
- 1 tbsp maca powder
- 2 tbsps raw cacao powder
- 1 tbsp hemp hearts
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1 tbsp chia powder
- 1-2 tbsps raw almond butter or nut butter*
Instructions
- Put banana and ice in (small) nutribullet blender
- Cover with your choice of “milk”
- Add all other ingredients
- Blend until creamy
Notes
*To make a delicious nut free version, substitute almond milk for coconut or oat milk, and sunflower seed butter in place of almond butter.
